But in the past for other big similar conferences I've seen people make use of Pretix.

If you are attending and have the opportunity, I hope you have a chat with the team responsible for managing the video recording/streaming/hosting for the event. It would be good to hear what kind of setup they use.

Also, I wonder what ticketing system they use for the event, and what sort of system they used to ask for papers and presentations from attendees.
