<p dir="auto">No error on DB side and I have allocated 1 GB to mongo. The backup is for a relatively new NodeBB and its about 78MB only.</p>
<p dir="auto">I am uploading the backup config with Filesystem backup.</p>

<p dir="auto">It could be that the latest backups are incompatible with mongodb (it shouldn't be but maybe something is failing). If you can send us a mail, we can debug further.</p>

We had a timeout issue similar to this in 7.4.x , I think. Have you also tried restarting mongodb and trying to import ? If that doesn't help, we have to debug further, can you drop a mail to <a href="mailto:support@cloudron.io" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">support@cloudron.io</a> ?</p>

Services -&gt; MongoDB -&gt; Bump the memory limit a lot. Usually, databases take a lot more memory to import stuff.</p>
