<![CDATA[Import previous emails]]>Is there any way to make previous e-mails visible in Freescout? Like when I don't create a new account, but move from another program?
That is really the only functionality I am missing right now.

I tried adding the respective folder under "connection settings → IMAP folders", but that setting doesn't seem to do anything.

Maybe use a IMAP client (roundcube/thunderbird) and make some mails as unread and see.
