<p dir="auto">let me explain you well, i have a ubuntu server install where i setup cloudron. 2 days ago i am facing an issue with guacamole server whene i have intall all desktop server and i see this error on my rdp<br />
The connection has been closed because the server is taking too long to respond. This is usually caused by network problems, such as a spotty wireless signal, or slow network speeds. Please check your network connection and try again or contact your system administrator.</p>
<p dir="auto">i checked cloud Ron app where i see a notification about update cloudron and reboot.<br />
i update cloudron and reboot after 3 minutes work i am again facing same issue .</p>
<p dir="auto">i think the issue is with compatibility of guacamole server due to update .</p>
<p dir="auto">can you help me to sort out the problem</p>

<p dir="auto">Did this finish? There is only some guacd error in the logs saying <code>User is not responding</code>. I am not sure what that means.</p>

In the Cloudron dashboard, is guacamole running? If it's running, can you check the logs for any errors? Nothing has changed in the Cloudron 7.7. to affect guacamole.</p>
