There shouldn't be any difference from the app instance on the demo server or on any other server.

Can you run the cloudron-support --troubleshoot tool via SSH on the server to verify the server and thus the apps can reach itself on the public route? This is required for nextcloud+office setups.

Does it work if you use the "connect to demo server" option ? That will help narrow down if it's the nextcloud app issue or onlyoffice connection.
