Can you run the <code>cloudron-support --troubleshoot</code> tool via SSH on the server to verify the server and thus the apps can reach itself on the public route? This is required for nextcloud+office setups.</p>

Did you change the onlyoffice secret ? Does it work if you use the "connect to demo server" option ? That will help narrow down if it's the nextcloud app issue or onlyoffice connection.</p>
