When I attempt to create a new Decision, the description details and html cards are pre-populated with the values from a previously created Decision. I'm currently running v2.25.2 within Cloudron. Has anyone else seen this behavior?</p>

While we have functioning websocket connections now on the instance I'm running, new drafts still retain a user's previous html card content and attachments [from other drafts]. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?</p>

I'm definitely getting websocket errors in my console for failures to connect to <code>hocuspocus.loomio.example.com</code></p>
