As <a href="https://cal.com/docs/self-hosting/guides/white-labeling/introduction" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">per documentation</a>, the logo is served from <code>/web/public</code> (changing the constants in <code>/packages/lib/constants.ts </code> is required. Additional instance wide theming is possible in <code>apps/web/styles/globals.css</code></p>

<p dir="auto">I guess there is also hoping that <a href="http://Cal.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Cal.com</a> handles this differently in the future, making this also compatible with Cloudron's package.</p>

<p dir="auto">This is a real struggle with nextjs which is as a framework very much designed towards vercel deployments...</p>
