I would really like to uninstall WhatsApp, but for now I have limited it to one check per day in the morning, Monday through Friday.

FB and Instagram (never used it much anyway) are next once I've got my downloads. Never been on threads. Will reluctantly stay on WhatsApp as 1) it's actually useful 2) the network effects are too strong, and 3) they don't pump misinformation and ads in front of me on there
