The server seems to be stopping a lot lately and I have to start it back up again.

Can I get past logs somewhere? I don't see any past logs prior to the last server start a few hours ago.

Someone made a death thread writing a message on the server. I'd like to see who's been connecting to the server in the last few days.

It tells you how your domains are configured . When you install an app, Cloudron adds a subdomain based on how it's configured there. But great you figured it out!

I'm not sure off the top of my head how I did the domain setup (its been a minute). I setup my own minecraft server for my kids and their friends just to have them somewhere that I had some control. I was able to figure out who did it eventually by a confession. I think all I did was create a subdomain in Cloudron when I installed it. I generally do this with any app.

It's a wake up call though that I need to review the setup and figure out how to have log rotation and retain logs for longer periods of time in case I need to do an investigation like this again.

Thanks for the help!

These are the certs getting issued. One way to avoid this is to use programmatic DNS provider. Not sure how you have configured your domains in Cloudron. Do you use some API provider? If that's the case, then the subdomain will be hidden since Cloudron will automatically get wldcard certs.

Would this be showing up anywhere where other people can find my server?

AFAIK no. There is no central registry where the app registers to be found. The end user needs to know the IP/FQDN.

One important thing to know is that when you get a certificate for a domain, this information is public (and you can get a livestream of certs getting issued to domains). Using this, if you use a predictable domain name, one can guess.
