there seems to be an issue with backups within Wallos:

How to fix it?

This is because the tmp path is hardcoded in wallos source code - https://github.com/ellite/Wallos/blob/main/endpoints/db/backup.php#L43 . I will fix the package.

But this shouldn't stop you from Cloudron backups. Take a Cloudron app backup and then import it in the other instance - https://docs.cloudron.io/backups/#import-app-backup

Maybe Wallos has some internal backup which is what you try to use?
