Currently I am logged in as that $USER. However I went to the App Store and note that I need another Login to access this, so I created a new login using my Registered_Email and a different Password. However when I returned to:

I note it says: Login to Cloudron.io

However that new User will not work, and I keep getting an incorrect password error, yet there is nowhere to reset the password.

Am I doing something wrong?

For info, I am using a Gmail address using the Firefox Browser.

This is vexing as I cannot install any apps until I get the correct access.

Most services online make it that easy. The ones that don't, I just skip.

By the way, by leaving Cloudron that must mean you've opted to use something else. I am curious what you've found, or had, that makes it worth not using Cloudron.

I signed up to Hostinger, then installed Cloudron-on-Ubuntu and then discovered that I needed to create these 2 accounts. Then discovered that on the free tier I can only install 2 apps before requiring a subscription for more.

If I knew this previously I might not have chosen Cloudron, and obviously I did not perform sufficient due diligence for the service so I'll lump this for now.

And then there is the cloudron.io account which gives access to the app library and subscription management.

Can you try to login at https://console.cloudron.io or setup an account there? Once that works, you can use those crededentials within the form you posted in the screenshot.
