<p dir="auto">I’m facing an issue with the Chatwoot app I’m hosting on Cloudron. Previously, I had it running under the domain support.mydomain.live, and the email functionality was working fine. However, after losing that domain, I had to change the app's domain to <a href="http://support.domain.cc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">support.domain.cc</a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">I updated the email settings in Cloudron accordingly, but the app is still trying to send emails using the old domain (support.mydomain.live), resulting in the following error:</p>
<p dir="auto">Connection denied. Authenticated user <a href="mailto:support.app@domain.cc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">support.app@domain.cc</a> cannot send mail as support.app@mydomain.live</p>
<p dir="auto">Steps I’ve tried:<br />
<img src="/assets/uploads/files/1743773463109-screenshot-2025-04-04-141614-resized.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-04-04 141614.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /><br />
<img src="/assets/uploads/files/1743773487624-screenshot-2025-04-04-142855.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-04-04 142855.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /><br />
Restarted the app multiple times</p>
<p dir="auto">Checked for any variable to force the email update</p>
<p dir="auto">Verified that Cloudron’s email settings reflect the new domain</p>
<p dir="auto">Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Is there any additional step required to fully update the email configuration for Chatwoot?</p>
<p dir="auto">Thanks in advance for your help!</p>
