<![CDATA[Wordpress not getting updated when app updated?]]>For some reason my wordpress version isn't getting updated when cloudron does the app update.

I'm not seeing stuff in the app logs about it - any ideas?
it is a multisite

Is the best option to SFTP replace the files?

That happens for me too but I believe that’s intentional as the developer edition is meant to provide more control to the admins.

just wanted to confirm this is indeed the case. when the WP developer package is updated, it only affects the version of new/fresh installations and does not affect the existing WP installation . I have put in a note to make future changelogs clearer about this.

The manual wordpress update went smoothly after removing that plugin.

That happens for me too but I believe that’s intentional as the developer edition is meant to provide more control to the admins. With that said, I also have all auto-updates (within WordPress including core) disabled, so that may be part of it too (especially if that’s how you’ve configured it as well).
