mon free plan n'etant pas passé premium apres le premier reglement, j'ai du reinstaller cloudron, repyaer un deuxieme premium pour qu'il soit appliqué a mon serveur.

Comment faire pour me faire rembourser la facture qui ne fonctionne pas ?

I don't speak french, but I got that a double subscription was setup which was not intended. I've cancelled and refunded one of them now.
