You claim you are using GoDaddy, but when I run a
NS
check against your domain:

dig NS co-legacy.com +short
fattouche.ns.cloudflare.com.
summer.ns.cloudflare.com.

I can see Cloudflare is responsible for managing DNS records.
So even if you set new IP Addresses in GoDaddy, it will have no effect since Cloudflare has the authority and provides the DNS resolution.

We've all had "format c:"-type moments, but your one is probably easier to recover from.

I'm gonna jump in right here because I am missing something SO stupid its going to be embarrassing when you point out my mistake.

So I set up my new machine and I then I went to my GoDaddy page where the previous cloudron domain was hosted. It still had all of the old settings, (should I have deleted ALL of them before doing anything else) because I just updated the my Static IP address places my old one was... THEN I have a cloudflare plan up from my old cloudron install I logged into and it still has all of my old settings. I have Cloudflare set to "Pause". and changed the static IP addresses there too and updated my nameservers to cloudflare too then I Took the accout off "Pause"... Maybe this is all a mistake...

Here is the thing. When I type in my main domain alli get is a warning,

This site can’t provide a secure connection

my.co-legacy.com uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

I never get to the dashboard and I have NO idea if I am doig something out of order or if I am missing a step or if I just need to wait time but HOLY HELL I wish there was somebody I could pay for the 5 seconds it would take to fix this issue!
