<p dir="auto">My Scaleway backup keeps failing with this error:<br />
box:tasks updating task 64 with: {"completed":true,"result":null,"error":{"message":"Backup endpoint is not active: Error listing objects. code: undefined message: HTTP: undefined","reason":"External Error"},"percent":100}</p>
<p dir="auto">cloudron-support --troubleshoot shows everything green/OK</p>
<p dir="auto">I have tried deleting and recreating the backup in Cloudron, also the bucket in Scaleway. API key is set up and active in Scaleway</p>

Backups fail at “busy times” but go through at quiet times.<br />
I hesitated to raise this but as your other steps haven’t produced a solution, I thought maybe now I should throw it in the mix.<br />
My primary backups are to Hetzner but I still use Scaleway backups for some things.</p>

Are you using specify IAM settings? The whole UI is quite complex and has many options like AWS. Easy to get things wrong.</p>

Try to open the backup site configuration and just press save once and try again.<br />
If this does not work, the used token should be incorrect.</p>
