The shop listing has the updated url, but I don´t think there is an automated upgrade so the app needs to be removed and reinstalled.

Lets wait a bit for the dust to settle and see the direction of the euro office. But it very much seems like the way forward if those other contributing organisations stay behind it.

Yes. technically (and the Latvian company appears to be ultimately owned in Singapore). But as I understand it, it originated in Russia and is still overwhelmingly developed by Russian developers working with Russian time zones and commenting in Russian.
