As far as I witnessed, this syntax does not trigger any scans.

Looking in the Navidrome docs, it seems that this variable/option (and maybe others) has been changed to the following syntax:
Scanner.Schedule = "@every 2m"

Updating the config with this newer syntax, as well as with another option ( Scanner.Enabled = "true") made the scan schedule work successfully for me.

I think that this could be worth updating the package with.
