When I enable email, Forgejo refuses to send it in the default configuration, because the mail alias does not have a valid TLS cert. I had to manually override the ini with

[mailer]
FORCE_TRUST_SERVER_CERT=true

to make it work.

I suggest adding a fix to the package.
