<![CDATA[After updating a specific website credentials and database of the site was missing and it shows that error]]>We face the issue in migration website and restoring backup on cloudron. I migrate staging to Live on same cloudron server but it shows plugin missing and app show not response. and after i tried to restore it didn't restore for website and just stuck app on starting and after few hours it shows no response. Also for the helpdesk we updated helpdesk app and after the update it break the helpdesk and when i restore the backup for helpdesk it shows "An error occurred during the restore operation: FileSystem Error: unable to chmod: ENOENT: no such file or directory, chmod '/home/yellowtent/appsdata/24cdf909-2ab0-4248-8515-ff5682a11fd0/data/storage/framework/sessions/.gitignore" and my when i fixed it from repair it start working but the database was template and no access for login. my old helpdesk size was 1.27GB but after restore it was shows just 756MB.

You are still on Cloudron 9.1.3 and should update to Cloudron 9.2.0 since it includes many fixes also including for backups which might already solves your issues.

At the moment, we're experiencing issues with both the WordPress site and the Helpdesk app.
We have confirmed that all application data is present in /app/data, and it was restored from the Cloudron backup. Before we performing the clone or restore, both the WordPress site and the Helpdesk app were working correctly without any issues.
However, right now the clone/restore process, both WordPress started experiencing problems & for Helpdesk is having issue of missing database no credential is working. Since the data has been restored successfully, we're currently investigating what may have changed during the restore process that is causing these issues.

What specific app are you writing about?
Could it be that the restored /app/data/ configuration files from the restored backup still have the restored credentials for the DB of the other location?
Same with other config files.
Since you did not disclouse what app you are using I can only assume.
