<p dir="auto">The changes [and a queue migration script] are described in the changelog <a href="https://github.com/loomio/loomio/releases/tag/v3.1.0" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://github.com/loomio/loomio/releases/tag/v3.1.0</a></p>
<p dir="auto">I think this means background jobs have been stalled on our cloudron loomio install since [1.18.0]</p>
