<p dir="auto">the hosting provider has told me that the connection is being reset by the aws server that is hosting the images.</p>
<p dir="auto">log is below are there any ports tha I need to open?</p>

<p dir="auto">can you try to run <code>curl -v https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/</code> from that server? It should return a <code>401 Unauthorized</code> status code if the connection as such succeeds.</p>
<p dir="auto">If this this works, can you try reinstalling the app, maybe there was a temporary issue with the connection. Otherwise is that server behind some firewall blocking connections to the docker registry?</p>

What's interesting is I assume you somehow managed to install Cloudron which also requires some outbound http access.</p>
