<p dir="auto">However, since 4 weeks ago our mail is being blocked by Microsoft servers, apparently our IP is part of a network segment detected as spammers.</p>
<p dir="auto">I have registered the IP in some microsoft page without results.</p>
<p dir="auto">What other actions would you recommend that I take?</p>
<p dir="auto">I'm even considering migrate to another provider.</p>
<p dir="auto">thanks in advance.</p>

The big cloud providers like aws, gce, azure will all block emails from VMs directly. See <a href="https://cloudron.io/documentation/email/#relay-outbound-mails" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://cloudron.io/documentation/email/#relay-outbound-mails</a></p>

you could try to understand from where your IP is blacklisted <a href="https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx</a><br />
than ask for a deban such as <a href="https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/</a> for an example</p>
<p dir="auto">but the best is to use a relay such as MailJet, SendGrid, MailGun, ...<br />
you may want to <a href="https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/2172/a-little-bit-about-why-your-email-are-considered-as-a-spam-by-microsoft-and-google">read this</a> to understand a little bit more what is your situation.</p>
