See this post on the importance of PTR records. As you said, it's not required per-se and if email is working fine, maybe you can ignore the warning for now. Currently, we don't have a mechanism to "ignore" such warnings in the Cloudron UI.

If you click on them, it should take you the Status tab of the domain. Do you see any errors there?
