we've just published the first package version for FreeScout! The package repo can be found at https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/freescout-app

FreeScout does provide a paid LDAP module which currently does not yet work with Cloudron. We are in contact with their support team and they are working on a fix. The idea is, that the LDAP part is optional and if the module is purchased, it will be automatically setup for Cloudron, otherwise the app comes with its own user management.

As always, this is currently marked as
unstable
until we have some feedback on how it works. Please file issue here or at https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/freescout-app/-/issues

For some, still unknown, reason that php task for freescout never exits and thus blocks subsequent cron job runs. This may cause email fetching to be unreliable.
