Even though I upvoted this as another nice thing to have, at first I was mostly like meh, we've already got Rocket.Chat Omnichannel (previously known as Live Chat).</p>
<p dir="auto">But this seems like the same thing but easy to have anywhere...(not just on WordPress, although I guess probably possible to have Rocket.Chat Omnichannel elsewhere too, but I'm not sure how)</p>
<p dir="auto">But the really cool bit is the co-browsing so you can see what your users are seeing. Very helpful indeed.</p>

<p dir="auto">Users would have direct chat access to support, and support would be able to assist with co-browsing if quicker.</p>
