Update authLdap to 2.4.2
Fix manifest screenshots, forum url and post install

But the default plugin WP Mail SMTP was already updated (local) to 2.2.1 and got back to 1.8.1 with this package update.

I have fixed up the package by hand now but it's something I need to keep in mind everytime I update WordPress. I have also fixed up the package to install the latest plugins/themes (on first run only). Thanks for reporting!
