So the direct room identifier has to be used.

We are slowly all our federated apps to use for us as well. The matrix room is at https://matrix.to/#/!dzuCwboxOEAwPqoDDs:cloudron.io (not 100% sure if that is the link to share to join the room, still learning about that ecosystem)

There is not much to be done there though for now, we still think the forum is the best place for Cloudron related things, also we have the Rocket.Chat instance.

So that matrix instance (the registration is also disabled, but it is federated anyways) is currently more of a "hey this works really great" instance.
