<![CDATA[Can not associate rocket.chat account and rocket.chat app]]>I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now all with the same result.

I have tried 3 separate emails, all with the same result.

There is nothing about it here - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/rocket.chat/
And there is nothing online I can find either. Please help.

Sadly, I thought of that.

I create new emails each time for it AND I clear the websites cache/cookies

Is it possible that Cloudron auto sets up your account with Rocket.chat?

Each time it does the same error message.

In my case deleting the connection for the workspace in rocket chat cloud, and then re-adding it worked.

When/where do you see this error? I have never heard of this service and we have been using Rocket.Chat for over 4 year now.

However that email address is not used with the Rocket.Chat Cloud service, from the error you posted it looks like either there is a bug at the Rocket.Chat workspace service or your tried email addresses are somehow really already used.

I would suggest to contact their support about this, they should be able to shed some light.
