Will they stay if Rainloop is deleted?

I've been running both Rainloop and RC to see which one I like the most and decided to delete Rainloop. RC is using Rainloop filters and I was wondering if they're going to disappear once I delete Rainloop. Anyone been down this path before? Thanks!

However, you cannot edit those filters inside roundcube. It seems both cannot parse the filters each other created. Best I can tell, you have to re-create the filters again by hand inside Roundcube, one by one.
