Since, it's still not 1.0 , we are hesitant to package this without knowing upstream roadmap. For example, an issue from the author - https://github.com/eikek/docspell/issues/2374

According to people it seems to run much smoother on weaker hardware/systems.

Really pleased that Paperless-ng is now available on Cloudron, but for those of us who need the ability to create multiple user accounts and store files in a folder structure, docspell seems to be a great option.
