<p dir="auto">Any idea how to enable notifications in the browser for new tickets?</p>
<p dir="auto">I saw the modules on freescout's website and they're for mobile, slack, or telegram and I didn't see any options in the settings either.</p>

<p dir="auto">I was able to help this time, but regardless of it being annoying - this was the wrong forum to post in. Cloudron does not make the app FreeScout - it only packaged it for Cloudron. So support is limited to user experience almost exclusively.</p>
