<![CDATA[Extend User Settings options]]>It would be very convenient to extend/change the current settings (see screenshot) with:

  1. Allow users to edit their name
  2. Allow users to edit their Primary email
  3. Allow users to edit their Recovery email
  4. Require admin users to setup 2FA
  5. Require non-admin users to setup 2FA

Reason for me for the first 3 is that I don't want users to edit their name (I discovered LDAP <> Moodle requires firstname lastname), I don't want users to edit their Primary email because it's set to their Cloudron email, but I DO want users to be able to edit their Recovery email as that can change over time.
