<p dir="auto">my backup are external and I identify the bottleneck being in /var/lib/</p>

<li>docker: 34G</li>
<li>mysql: 13G</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">I pruned everything possible to liberate a big 4G</p>
<h4>What I don't understand is the disparity between <code>docker system df</code> and <code>du</code></h4>

The docker system df is the correct one to trust for that part.</p>
<p dir="auto">Maybe you can check the system info view in the Cloudron dashboard to see which components and apps are using up the space. Note that stopped apps still take up the same disk space as running apps.</p>
