I know Postfix has a feature to do this.

I have also started using Espocrm and am also considering moving email communication from Freescout to Espo so that everything is in one place. What is missing for me in Espo, however, is reply snippets that can be inserted into emails. I know that you can use templates, but you can only use these to replace an entire email.
