Syncthing on Cloudron is 6 weeks overdue for an update

v1.16.1 was obsoleted by v1.17.0 on 2021-06-01 --- so the current Cloudron package is 6 weeks and 2 versions overdue!

Time permitting, please update to keep Syncthing in line with everyone's other device versions!

Looks like we have some bug in releasebell. I didn't get notification for either of these releases. @nebulon did you?

looks like releasebell got the new tag but didn't notify, this may have fallen into the period where we last updated it from a broken release.
