From many months now, the collabora app in Cloudron is not working. How come these problem are not being seen by The Cloudron Team

Cloudron had an ownCloud package but this has not been maintained for atleast 3 years now. Or maybe ownCloud is a non-Cloudron install but CODE is a Cloudron install? Please tell us more about your setup.

It only has state in memory essentially so no data will be lost by reinstalling that.

Your screenshot shows Owncloud, not Nextcloud. AFAIK, Owncloud is not a Cloudron app.

Also, I’d be careful with making such general accusations when it might be just a screwup on your side. CODE works just fine on Cloudron, “for many months” and beyond.
