When we send emails to external people (ie people outside ourdomain.com) then a duplicate of the email would be sent to eg our hubspot account or something similar. So this is not on a per user configuration, this would be site wide configuration.

(This is basically something like sieve on the outgoing emails not on the incoming emails...)

Is this possible?

Thanks!

In the Postfix world this feature is called "always bcc", but it does not look like something like this exists out of the box in Haraka.

Just want to know after years, is this "always bcc" is available now on Haraka?

This feature is not there, no. Sieve only works for inbound mails (via dovecot). I think for outbound mails this needs to be implemented on Haraka side (as you pointed out).

I will move this as a feature request.

Well this is one thing we do and hubspot has some facility for this:

but actually there are lots of filters we would like to set up. Eg all emails to say ....@SomeClient.com we want to route duplicates to sales@ourdomain.com, and then maybe all emails to ...@SomeCustormer.com we might route duplicates to support@ourdomain.com etc.

would be sent to eg our hubspot account

I don't know HubSpot and what you try to do, but if you attempt to have a following in your CRM/mail automation system with mautic it is easily feasible because mautic use IMAP and you could tell him to look at specific directory such as SENT

Hubspot probably have the same kind of configuration, but that, I don't know where.
I could be also possible to configure one account which communicate with your Hubspot and have other user being able to send from this account as in behalf and/or by adding this account in CCi.

What do you think ?
What you try to accomplish ?
Did you ask for advice from the counterpart, such as Hubspot ?
