<![CDATA[n8n update failed]]>I just realized (when was checking some other stuff) that my n8n instance is failing, no notifications or errors whatsover.

I didn't touch a thing.

Retry task fixed thing, but I have things dependand on n8n and I didn't expect services could fail, without any alerts - any thoughts?

I think we will add a fallback to a selfhosted (as in hosted by us) docker registry next year instead of only relying on docker hub. I think we want to do this to keep a "back up" of all our app docker images as well.

Any plans on enabling automatic recovery in the cases like that one?

I don't mind my app not updated, but I do ming my app not working if something went wrong during the update, especially if it's happening silently 🙂

Docker hub was down and during that time updates and installs were failing.
