I am testing this install for a while now but i have a small problem with it.
Since i host and live in germany and dont want to add a cookiesign, i cannot use google fonts or api´s.
With other apps its working just to change the used fonts to systemui.
I would do same here but since i dont know where the apis are hidden, i may ask you to add some tweaks to the env file.

What i tryed with kutt:

Regarding the actual issue, I am not sure the config file allows to change things like fonts. The settings are about other google services, which may or may not be used.
To get rid of all google links in the UI and static assets, I think you have to raise that issue in the upstream project to have it supported.
