<![CDATA[Importing comments from other platforms to Commento]]>Is there a way to export comments from e.g. Disqus or Blogger and then easily import those into a fresh Commento installation?

If you were hoping to migrate your users from a legacy platform, is it possible to easily enable them to have editing access to imported posts from the old platform?

As an example:

  • Old platform: Blogger
  • Old user: MrBlogger
  • New Platform: Commento on Cloudron
  • Import comments from Blogger to Commento
  • Import users from Blogger to Commento
  • MrBlogger logs into Commento, sees his newly imported comments, and wishes to edit a mistake in one of them and updates a comment.
