<p dir="auto">This feels like it could be relatively simple as a "here's a 30 minute window" from inside the app control panel.</p>

For Postgres, I am not sure if that exists, but also the postgres addon is setup to do auth also based on connection source IP, so that likely wont work, but have never tried.</p>
