<![CDATA[Moving a Ghost Blog to Wordpress]]>Hey,

Looking for a little help here. I have decided that one of my blogs running Ghost needs to be moved to WordPress, just not enough functionality in Ghost for where the blog is at this point.

My question is how to do it.

My initial thoughts were to install WordPress on blog.domain.com, do the transfers, set it all up then once ready, remove Ghost on domain.com then change the location of WordPress to domain.com.

Would that work, sounds too simple 🙂

Another path may be to use RSS to read all the posts into WP.

Nothing to lose right 🙂 so I gave it a go. Worked incredibly well. Not perfect but it means I have a lot less to do.

Yeah, I knew that. It's going to take time to do it, but at least this way I can do it over a period of time then switch when ready, makes it so much easier.
