<p dir="auto">Looking for a little help here. I have decided that one of my blogs running Ghost needs to be moved to WordPress, just not enough functionality in Ghost for where the blog is at this point.</p>
<p dir="auto">My question is how to do it.</p>
<p dir="auto">My initial thoughts were to install WordPress on <a href="http://blog.domain.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">blog.domain.com</a>, do the transfers, set it all up then once ready, remove Ghost on <a href="http://domain.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">domain.com</a> then change the location of WordPress to <a href="http://domain.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">domain.com</a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">Would that work, sounds too simple <img src="https://forum.cloudron.io/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=c3aa4c12b7e" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":)" alt="🙂" /></p>

<p dir="auto">Nothing to lose right <img src="https://forum.cloudron.io/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=c3aa4c12b7e" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":)" alt="🙂" /> so I gave it a go. Worked incredibly well. Not perfect but it means I have a lot less to do.</p>

<p dir="auto"><a class="plugin-mentions-user plugin-mentions-a" href="/user/leew" aria-label="Profile: LeeW">@<bdi>LeeW</bdi></a> yep it's so simple. But to be fair: there is no magic import button to move your content from one cms to the other <img src="https://forum.cloudron.io/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=c3aa4c12b7e" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":)" alt="🙂" /></p>

<p dir="auto">Yeah, I knew that. It's going to take time to do it, but at least this way I can do it over a period of time then switch when ready, makes it so much easier.</p>

You can change the locations of any cloudron app freely and at any time.</p>
