I restarted the VM that it is running on.

I got back into Guacamole, I went into Repair and the app failed to update, I hit Retry Task and it updated and was able to run.

Can you also maybe paste last 50 lines in the app logs - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#log-viewer ?

In which case, are there any errors shown in the app logs?

Can you check the logs at /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log ?
Assuming you are trying to access my.yourdomain.com here. Are any other apps reachable?
