Is everything marked green? If so please go to <a href="https://my.perthmod.com/#/email/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://my.perthmod.com/#/email/</a> and try to send a test mail to one of your private mail addreses (not hosted on Cloudron).</p>

<p dir="auto">Because you use Linode to host Cloudron, maybe port 25 is blocked.</p>

<p dir="auto">Because you selfhost your SMTP server (if you use the SMTP from your Cloudron), you send mails from the IP of your server. Some (big) mail providers might block mails coming from your servers IP (or network). Check your mail server logs for bounces.</p>

I've done so, however there's another error showing up that says there's a problem with the PTR record - which i don't see an option to configure on my DNS provider</p>
