So, you have to essentially migrate databases and files manually. You will find all the necessary files in your synapse and element app backups.

Exactly, so the standard Cloudron backup and restore doesn't apply as can't restore to a Pi. Hence why they are asking here what to do in case anyone knows (I don't)
