Traccar - Write access denied when adding device

@AartJansen this seems similar to https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/write-access-denied/ . Though you have only 2 devices though, could there be a device limit ?

@girish Ah right, you have to tell it that user permissions have a number of devices... I thought it worked differently.
