Now I renewed it and still can not access back to my dashboard through "<a href="http://my.server.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">my.server.com</a>". Should I have to wait? DNS config did not change on the domain provider (namecheap).</p>

You can always add entries in hosts file temporarily to mitigate the issue for yourself.</p>
