what is the best way to bypass this message in Rocket.Chat? Is there a direct update from the Cloudron or do I have to do something myself?

=> MongoDB version 4.4.10 is deprecated, please upgrade your installation.

For existing installations, the initial banner will persist until dismissed once though.

The relevant code is https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/blob/faad471fdcb39cf895fdaa1a9b61a1d86cb59b5e/apps/meteor/server/startup/serverRunning.js#L89 . It wants mongodb 5 atleast starting from Rocket.Chat 7 .

MongoDB can only be updated step by step. So, in Cloudron 7.4 (which is due soonish, we are just cleaning up some stuff), we will bring it up to date with latest MongoDB 4.4. Then, we will have MongoDB 5 and then MongoDB 6 in two separate Cloudron releases.
