If not, can you reach to Cloudflare support or check in Cloudflare dashboard what is the API limit you are hitting? Maybe they have some API access logs?

I set up 2 apps months ago and did not have this issue then. When I check Cloudflare everything is working on that end.

Seems like it is, "DNS check". It is hosted on Cloudflare and I have Cloudflare API setup for the associated domain.
